We only collect data necessary to handle your inquiry:

• Name and email address (from the contact form)
• The content of your message
• An anonymized version of your IP address (for security purposes)

Why do we collect data?

The data is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Follow up on any further dialogue
• Protect against misuse of the contact form

How long is data stored?

Contact messages are stored for a maximum of 180 days, after which they are automatically deleted. If you wish to have your data deleted before this, contact kontakt@humanincontrol.no.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not collect data about your browsing behavior beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access what data we have stored about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• File a complaint with the data protection authority

Scope

Services offered through Human in Control include:

• Talks on decision quality and structure under uncertainty
• Workshops and group sessions
• Individual sparring

What is not included

The following are explicitly not part of the services:

• Investment advice or financial consulting
• Predictions or forecasts
• Operational IT security services
• Legal advice
• Crisis management or incident response

Confidentiality

All information shared in connection with sparring and workshops is treated confidentially. Exceptions apply only where legally required reporting obligations exist.
